Our inspiration for the Hatteras was “Coastal Grace”. Designed to thrive by the waterfront while delivering refined, effortless living, the Hatteras makes an immediate impression with its elevated presence and clean coastal lines. Inside, an open-concept layout blends the kitchen, dining, and great room beside a towering foyer, creating a light-filled space that feels both relaxed and intentional. The main-level primary suite offers privacy and ease, while thoughtfully placed secondary spaces—like flexible loft or lounge areas—bring versatility for family and guests. Every detail is built around flow, and timeless coastal character, making the Hatteras a home that feels as resilient as it is inviting.
