Browse our catalog to discover a plan that fits your needs. Once you’ve chosen, select your preferences for:
Foundation type
Garage handing (left/right)
Garage style
Electrical plan
Step 2
Checkout
Add your chosen plan to the cart and complete the checkout process securely.
Step 3
Confirm
After purchase, Quick Draw Plans’ principal designer will reach out to confirm your lot-specific details.
- Any required revisions will be billed at $75/ HR. We will discuss with you before proceeding.
- Most of our floorplans show options, you have the ability to add any of them to your specific plan for free.
Step 4
Delivery & Support
Most plan sets are emailed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
- Changes, or purchasing a plan still in the schematic stage, may extend this timeline.
We’re here for you after delivery. Please keep us updated as you move through permitting. If modifications are needed before construction begins, let us know so we can assist.
