Our inspiration for this plan was “Distinction.” The Carolina captures attention from the moment you enter its two-story vaulted foyer, where a wrap-around staircase creates a breathtaking sense of arrival and architectural drama. Designed for both style and functionality, its open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and great room under airy 10-foot ceilings. The primary suite on the main level offers convenience and privacy, while the upstairs day lounge—complete with optional raised window seats—adds a touch of whimsy and warmth. Every space feels intentional, balancing sophistication with everyday livability. With timeless curb appeal and a floor plan that feels as distinctive as its inspiration, the Carolina is made to stand apart.
